Welldote is a personal health record platform built around one belief – every patient deserves to walk into a doctor’s room fully prepared, and every family deserves to never face a medical emergency without the right information.

It started with a phone call nobody wants to receive.
A family member was rushed to the hospital. Doctors needed their complete medical history – allergies, current medicines, past diagnoses, blood group. Nobody had it. Not the family. Not the patient. Not even the regular doctor they had been seeing for years.
Decisions were made without full information. Care was delayed. That moment changed everything for us.
We looked for an app that would have prevented this. Something simple – that stores your health records, tracks your medicines, and lets you share everything with any doctor in seconds. It didn't exist. Not in a way that actually worked for Indian families.
So we built it.
